An Abuja-based private specialist, Mr. Victor Uwajeh yesterday proclaimed his availability to affirm against Senator Andy Uba over his asserted inclusion in testament fabrication.
Uwajeh, who informed columnists in Abuja, precluded the affirmation from securing shakedown and coercion leveled against him by the Senator.
Uba, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Public Accounts, had looked for the mediation of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris on the matter

Uba blamed Uwajeh for attempting to coerce him.
In any case, Uwajeh clarified that his issue with Uba began when he declined to pay him a lawful expense of £1. 9 million for the administrations he rendered to subdue the restriction set on him from entering the United Kingdom (UK).
Uwajeh showed a few reports to go down his cases, including that a portion of the authentications guaranteed by Uba were not honest to goodness.
He additionally clarified that he had three forces of lawyer that they both marked, which Uba later declined to respect.
"I recorded a court procedure against him in 2016 preceding Justice Merriam Anenih, to look for the installment of my expert charges and the case was later moved to court 11 in Apo zone of Abuja."
Uwajeh focused on that the court reports were served on Uba through the Clerk of the National Assembly and furthermore glued at his home in Asokoro area.
